自2007年“全国亿万青少年学生阳光体育运动”启动以来,连云港市进行了积极探索和落实,但通过6年的实践,并结合调查研究发现,在组织领导、师资素养、活动形式、评价机制、经费器材等方面仍存在着一些问题。在此,笔者旨在结合调研实际,针对具体问题,提出行之有效的对策,积极开展富有特色、有创新的阳光体育运动,并提高教师的待遇,调动教师的积极性,加强对学校课外体育活动的监督力度,使中小学阳光体育运动真正做到行之有效。
Lianyungang City has actively explored and implemented since 2007 when the “Sunshine Sports for Billions of Teenagers in China” started.
