目的:评价64层螺旋CT冠状动脉后处理重组相位与心率快慢变化的相关性,寻找最佳的冠状动脉重组时相。方法:采用Philips公司64层螺旋CT对252例患者进行冠状动脉成像,心率50次/分到102次/分,从R-R间期的35%到85%重组数据采集触发点进行多相位重组,以10%为间隔,将横轴面图像在工作站上行多平面重组(MPR)、最大密度投影(MIP)、容积再现(VR)等处理,分析不同心率下最佳的相位重组窗。结果:重组相位的选择与心率的快慢具有明显的相关性,心率小于70次/分,选用75%时相重组,图像显示为“优”占91.72%;心率大于70次/分时,选用45%时相重组,图像显示为优占89.66%。结论:不同心率条件下选择合适的相位重组,能够减少运动伪影,提高图像质量。心率快慢对于选择相位重组窗具有指导意义。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the correlation between post-treatment reconstitution phase of coronary artery and the change of heart rate in 64-slice spiral CT, in order to find out the optimal phase of coronary reorganization. Methods: Coronary artery imaging was performed on 252 patients with Philips 64-slice spiral CT with a heart rate of 50 beats / min to 102 beats / min. Multiple phase recombination was performed from 35% of RR intervals to 85% 10% of the interval, the horizontal axis image in the workstation uplink multi-plane reconstruction (MPR), the maximum density projection (MIP), volume rendering (VR) and other processing, analysis of the best phase under different heart rate reassembly window. Results: The choice of recombination phase had a significant correlation with the speed of heart rate. The heart rate was less than 70 beats / min, 75% of the time phase was selected, the images showed 91.72% Select 45% time phase reorganization, the image shows as excellent accounted for 89.66%. CONCLUSION: Selecting appropriate phase recombination under different heart rate conditions can reduce motion artifacts and improve image quality. The heart rate is instructive for choosing the phase reorganization window.
