本研究目的为评价脊柱低剂量CT对脊柱检查病人的辐射剂量,并与同部位外伤的病人所行的常规CT进行比较,以及评估剂量减少对影像质量的影响。对连续113例脊柱低剂量CT检查病人与127例脊柱外伤行常规CT检查病人的辐射剂量进行比较。
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the radiological dose of low-dose spinal CT for patients undergoing spinal examination and to compare with conventional CT performed by patients with similar trauma and to assess the effect of dose reduction on image quality. Radiotherapy doses were compared between consecutive low-dose CT examinations of 113 patients and those of 127 patients with spinal trauma underwent routine CT examination.
