马克思和恩格斯的生态文明思想有着丰富的内涵,包括人在自然界中具有双重地位的思想、人类破坏自然带来的环境问题思想和实现可持续发展思想等主要内容。当前,“低碳”概念的提出与实践将生态文明建设工程切实地摆在了人们面前。因此,科学地把握马克思、恩格斯关于生态文明的思想,对于贯彻和落实好科学发展观,实现党的十七大报告提出的“建设生态文明”的奋斗目标具有重大的理论意义和现实意义。
