目的:观察几丁质作为植骨材料的生物相容性。方法:通过体外实验与体内实验相结合的方法研究。结果:几丁质对人成骨细胞具有良好的相容性,不影响人成骨细胞的增殖及ALP活性,人成骨细胞可以在几丁质膜表面较好地贴附和伸展,但增殖较慢。培养40d时可以形成矿化结节。几丁质植入肌肉中,周围组织无明显炎症反应,未发现组织变性和坏死,并可完全降解。结论:几丁质具有较好的骨性生物相容性,但仍需提高其表面活性。
Objective: To observe the biocompatibility of chitin as a bone graft material. Methods: The combination of in vitro and in vivo experiments were studied. RESULTS: Chitin had good compatibility with human osteoblasts, did not affect the proliferation and ALP activity of human osteoblasts. Human osteoblasts could attach and stretch well on the surface of chitin membrane, SLOW. When cultured 40d can form mineralized nodules. Chitin implanted in the muscle, no obvious inflammatory reaction around the organization, did not find tissue degeneration and necrosis, and can be completely degraded. Conclusion: Chitin has good biocompatibility but still needs to improve its surface activity.
