鼻咽癌(NPC)外照射放疗后会出现垂体功能减退,日益受到人们的重视。这种垂体功能减退的原因是放疗损害下丘脑或垂体,或两者均受损害,各家报告不一。作者报告 NPC 患者8例,男1例,女7例,年龄27~52岁,既往无下丘脑垂体疾病,经头颅放疗后5年或5年以上出现垂体功能减退症状。有6例放疗用4.5MeV 直线加速器,2例用钴照射,6周后估计对下丘脑和垂体蒂的总剂量为3,500~4,500cGys,对垂体的总剂量为5,500~6,700cGys。作者检查了上
Nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) after external radiation radiotherapy will appear pituitary dysfunction, more and more people’s attention. This pituitary dysfunction is due to radiation damage to the hypothalamus or pituitary gland, or both damaged, each reported different. The authors report 8 patients with NPC, 1 males and 7 females, aged 27 to 52 years old, no previous hypothalamic pituitary disease, 5 or more years after cranial radiotherapy hypopituitarism symptoms.
