寨卡病毒(ZIKV)属于黄病毒属,由一条单股正链核糖核酸构成。ZIKV主要通过蚊媒传播,多数感染者无明显临床症状或仅表现为轻微症状。ZIKV在世界范围内广泛传播,对ZIKV及其疫苗的深入研究是控制疾病传播的当务之急。本文针对ZIKV及其疫苗的研究进展进行简要综述。
Zika virus (ZIKV) belongs to the genus Flavivirus and is composed of a single-stranded plus-ribonucleic acid. ZIKV is primarily transmitted by mosquito vectors, most of whom have no clinically significant symptoms or only mild symptoms. ZIKV is widely circulated around the world and further research into ZIKV and its vaccines is a top priority for disease control. This article reviews the progress of ZIKV and its vaccines.
