含稀土的钴基合金(Co-Er-Gd-Sm和Co-Sm-Pr)是一种新型磁性材料,对其中单一稀土含量的分析测定日益引起人们重视。到目前为止所报导的分析方法,或是不能测定单一稀土元素含量,或是设备昂贵,或是分析时间较长。我们认为用高效离子交换色谱进行分离,后用光度法进行测定单一稀土元素含量是可行的,并具有优越性。实验部分 1.主要仪器和试剂: SY-202型高速离子交换色谱仪:四川分析仪器厂生产。 72型分光光度计。稀土标准溶液:用光谱纯稀土氧化物配制50mg稀土/ml的贮备液,按需逐步稀释。
The rare earth-based cobalt-based alloys (Co-Er-Gd-Sm and Co-Sm-Pr) are a new type of magnetic materials and the analytical determination of single rare earth content has drawn increasing attention. The method of analysis reported so far either fails to measure a single rare earth element, is expensive, or has a long analysis time. We think that it is feasible and have the superiority to separate single Rare Earth elemental element with high-efficiency ion exchange chromatography. Experimental part 1. The main instruments and reagents: SY-202 high-speed ion exchange chromatography: Sichuan Analytical Instrument Factory production. 72 spectrophotometer. Rare earth standard solution: Prepare 50mg rare earth / ml stock solution by spectroscopy of pure rare earth oxide and dilute as needed.
