采用肾综合征出血热(HFRS)病毒经呼吸道和腹腔注射感染环磷酰按免疫抑制的成龄BALB/c小鼠.实验发现HFRS病毒通过两种感染途径均可引起免疫抑制动物发病和死亡,病毒气溶胶通过呼吸道感染引起动物死亡率为43%,腹腔注射感染引起的死亡率为61%。该病毒通过呼吸道可以迅速扩散至全身,从肺洗液巨噬细胞可以分离得到病毒.该结果表明,呼吸道是HFRS病毒敏感的侵入途径,在体内的扩散可能是肺巨噬细胞游走携带作用的结果;对于免疫功能低下的动物,呼吸道感染可以导致急性致死性感染。
Aging BALB / c mice immunosuppressed by cyclophosphamide by respiratory and intraperitoneal injection were treated with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) virus. The experiment found that HFRS virus can cause morbidity and mortality of immunosuppressed animals by both routes of infection. Animal virus infection caused 43% of animal mortality through respiratory infection and 61% of deaths caused by intraperitoneal injection. The virus can spread rapidly through the respiratory tract to the body, from lung washing macrophages can be isolated from the virus. This result suggests that the respiratory tract is a sensitive route of entry for HFRS virus and that in vivo spread may be the result of migration of lung macrophages; in immunocompromised animals, respiratory infections can cause acute lethal infections.
