过对盘式刹车制动盘失效现象的分析,从制动盘的材料、受力、受热、摩擦磨损等多方面论证制动盘失效的主要原因是摩擦磨损,而不是热疲劳和蠕变的结果。制动盘的寿命受多项条件约束,难于用数学公式计算。制动盘的失效不能用受损伤量来衡量,宜应该用磨损量来判断。当制动盘磨损到影响安全操作或制动间隙无法调节时,即为失效。
After analyzing the failure phenomenon of disc brake disc, the main reason of failure of disc brake is friction and wear rather than thermal fatigue and creep from the aspects of material, force, heat, friction and wear of brake disc result. The life of the brake disc is subject to a number of conditions and is difficult to calculate using mathematical formulas. Brake disc failure can not be measured by the amount of damage should be judged by the amount of wear and tear. When the brake disc wear and tear to affect safe operation or brake clearance can not be adjusted, it is invalid.
