School-based management is a new type of education management model that emerged in the education reform of the 1980s. The core content of the model is threefold: First, the decision-making authority for school self-development is devolved from the higher-level department to the school, ie, under the authority and responsibility. The second is that school policy makers should be responsible for the implementation of decisions and their results: Third, principals, staff, students, parents, and communities have the right to participate in school decisions. School-based management emphasizes the following: According to the school’s school situation, under the premise of giving full play to the enthusiasm, participation, autonomy, and creativity of the joint decision makers, the personnel appointment, curriculum, school-based curriculum development, financial budget, and resources of the school Independent decision-making in distribution and other aspects, so as to achieve the goal of optimizing educational resources and improving the efficiency of running a school.
