近年来,随着非公有制经济的不断发展,成安县大量城乡居民转化为非公企业职工,从业人员达8万余人,非公企业的思想政治工作上升到了非常重要的位置。成安县委因势而谋、顺势而为,将非公企业作为思想政治工作的主阵地来抓,创新工作方式,构建政工网络,实现了社会和谐稳定与企业健康发展的双赢。以“大政工”促进大发展2013年以来,成安县以入驻省级园区的200多家非公企业为主,大力进行思想政治工作探索创新。
In recent years, with the continuous development of non-public ownership economy, a large number of urban and rural residents in Cheng’an County have been transformed into non-public enterprise employees, employing more than 80,000 people. The ideological and political work of non-public enterprises has risen to a very important position. Due to its potential, Cheng’an County takes advantage of the situation and takes non-public enterprises as the main front for its ideological and political work. It innovates its working methods and builds a network of political workers and achieves a win-win situation of social harmony and stability and healthy development of the enterprises. Promote Great Development with “Great Political Work” Since 2013, Cheng’an County has been engaged in ideological and political work to explore and innovate with more than 200 non-public enterprises stationed in provincial parks.
