转化后进生是教师教育教学工作的重中之重。虽然后进生形成的原因形形色色、不尽相同,但是转化后进生的策略却是大同小异的。在借鉴相关理论研究成果的基础上,紧紧围绕激发学习兴趣、树立学习信心和弥补知识漏洞三个方面浅显论述一些小学六年级数学教学中的后进生转化策略。
The transformation of students is the most important task of teacher education and teaching. Although the causes of post-secondary students of all kinds and different, but the strategy of survival after the conversion is more or less the same. On the basis of referring to the relevant theoretical research results, this paper briefly discusses some strategies of converting backward students in the sixth grade of mathematics teaching in three aspects of stimulating learning interest, establishing learning confidence and making up for knowledge loopholes.
