1、绪言石川岛播磨公司这次制成了堪以自豪的大排量、高压力的“超级泵车”——IPF100B型混凝土泵车。此泵车加上已出售的装在符合79年关于噪音和排气规定的卡车上的“超级布料杆型”(IPF80B)及“超级布料杆小型”(IPF55B)泵车,都是作为布料杆式混凝土泵车系列中大型机而进行研制的。以前,对于低坍落度混凝土的浇筑或者长距离的输送是采用了“巨型泵车”(PTF85T,不带布料杆的泵车);然而从用户角度出发,迫切希望研制的是不仅能适合大型工程并省力的“巨型泵车”,而且还要有强大压送能力的布料杆式泵车,这次研制的成功解决了这个问题。样机在现场作了试验,单位时间的排量确认为105米~3。现介绍一下这个具有260马力强力发动机及具有足够裕度压送性能的日本国内最大的布料杆式泵车。
1.Introduction Ishikawajima Co., Ltd. has made a “super pump truck” with great displacement and high pressure that is proud of this time - the IPF100B concrete pump truck. This pump truck, together with the “IPF80B” and “IPF55B” pump trucks sold on trucks that meet the noise and emission regulations in 79 years, are used as distribution poles. The series of concrete pump trucks were developed for mainframes. In the past, the “giant pump truck” (PTF85T, a pump truck without a distributor) was used for the pouring or long-distance conveying of low slump concrete; however, from the user’s point of view, it is eagerly desired to develop not only a large one but also a large one. The “giant pump truck” with its engineering and labor saving, but also the feeder pump truck with powerful pumping capacity, this successful development solved this problem. The prototype was tested on site and the displacement per unit time was confirmed to be 105 meters to 3 meters. Now introduce the 264-horsepower engine and the largest feed boom-type pump truck in Japan with sufficient margin pressure transmission performance.
