一个值得深思的问题体育可以增强体质,提高机体的免疫功能,缓解生活、心理等方面的问题,调节大脑。但是有为数不少的人,面对工作以及生活的压力,却不知道通过体育锻炼来缓解。其实在这些人当中,有很多人都是曾经接受过十几年体育教育的大学生,但他们为什么在走上工作岗位之后,基本上都与体育锻炼绝缘了呢?他们是不知道进行体育锻炼的方法,还是不知道采用什么样的手段进行锻炼,或者没有养成参加体育锻炼的习惯呢?这个问题值得深思。
A problem worth pondering is that sports can enhance physical fitness, improve the body’s immune function, relieve problems in life and psychology, and regulate the brain. However, there are a large number of people who, in the face of the pressure of work and life, do not know that they will be relieved through physical exercise. In fact, many of these people are college students who have received more than 10 years of physical education. However, why are they basically insulated from physical exercise after they have gone to work? They do not know how to exercise. Method, still do not know what kind of means to exercise, or did not develop the habit of participating in physical exercise? This issue is worth pondering.
