网络在当今社会已成为人与人之间不可或缺的沟通工具和渠道,人们利用互联网进行最多的沟通是人际交流。由于互联网自身所有的技术属性和社会属性,网络人际交流呈现出不同于传统人际交流传播的新特点。从技术层面上看,网络人际交流传播是建立在多媒体多通道传播之上的“媒介之媒介”的传播;心理学视野之下,传播动机是“为交流而交流”的;传播效果上,网络人际交流传播又使个体社会化出现畸形发展的趋势并进而导致和社会的失范。
