目的:对及己进行性状与显微鉴别。方法:采用性状鉴别、组织显微鉴别的方法对及己根、根茎、茎和叶进行鉴定。结果:及己根的横切面为初生构造,皮层有裂生式分泌道散在,初生木质部常为五原型;根茎中韧皮部外侧常有纤维群;茎中有束间纤维将维管束连接成环;叶肉组织无栅栏组织与海绵组织的分化,主脉中的两个维管束通常排列呈“倒八字形”。结论:及己的显微特征较为稳定,可为品种鉴别提供参考。
Objective: To characterize and microscopic identification. Methods: Identification of roots, rhizomes, stems and leaves by trait identification and tissue microscopic identification. Results: The cross-section of He-jing root was primary structure, and there were scattered schistosomiasis in the cortex. The primary xylem was often five prototypes. The fibrous roots were often found outside the phloem in the rhizome. Mesophyll tissue and spongy tissue dedifferentiation, the main vein of the two vascular bundles are usually arranged in a “inverted-eight”. Conclusion: The microscopic features of Mycobacterium tuberculosis are stable, which can provide reference for the identification of cultivars.
