本文首先阐述了商业企业的定义与特点,然后分析了连云港商业企业人力资源管理现状,最后借助人力资源管理理论,提出商业企业人力资源管理的优化对策:设置人力资源管理部门及相应职能岗位;重视并做好工作分析;建立培训制度,加强对员工的培训;加强建立绩效考核制度,并对考核结果予以应用;重视并建立薪酬管理制度,同时增加奖金和福利部分的薪酬;建立并完善员工的职业生涯规划。
This paper firstly elaborates the definition and characteristics of commercial enterprises, and then analyzes the current situation of human resources management in commercial enterprises in Lianyungang City.
