1 火灾对人体的危害火灾对人体最直接的伤害是造成不同程度的烧伤。烧伤深度分为3度,皮肤红斑为Ⅰ度,皮肤出现水泡为Ⅱ度,皮肤全烧坏、焦黄碳化为Ⅲ度。烧伤的严重程度与烧伤面积、深度和并发症有关,Ⅱ度烧伤面积在10%以下为轻度烧伤;总面积11～30%,或Ⅲ度烧伤10%以下为中度烧伤;总面积在31～50%,或Ⅲ度烧伤在10～20%,或并发休克为重度烧伤;总面积在50%以上,或Ⅲ度烧伤20%以上为特重度烧伤。火灾时燃烧的物质分解成烟和毒性气体,会使人窒息,故火灾所造成的伤亡,除烧伤之外,有相当部分是由于吸入有毒烟雾致死。
