使用自制的钻柱模拟试验架和测试装置对偏心下部钻具组合在直井中的力学特性进行了试验研究,分析了钻压、转速、弯接头的弯曲角度和扶正器对偏心下部钻具组合运动状态、钻头侧向力、钻柱扭转角的影响。研究结果对偏心下部钻具组合的理论研究和实际钻井作业有一定的指导意义。
The self-made drill string simulation test stand and test device were used to test the mechanical properties of eccentric lower hole assembly in vertical well. The effects of weight-on-bit, rotation speed, bending angle of bending joint and centralizer assembly State, bit lateral force, drill string twist angle. The research results have certain guiding significance for the theoretical research and actual drilling operation of the lower eccentric drilling assembly.
