近年来我国的定向运动发展地很迅速,但其整体水平与欧洲定向强国相比较存在很大的差距。而缺乏科学有效的运动训练原理是导致我国定向水平落后的一个关键原因。本文主要采用了文献资料法、数理统计法,引入专项限定原则作为定向运动体能训练的基本原则,结合定向运动场地复杂多变和奔跑节奏多变性的特点,提出提高体能的训练方法。
In recent years, there has been a rapid development of orienteering in our country, but there is a big gap between its overall level and that of the major European countries. The lack of scientific and effective training principle is the leading cause of China’s backward level of a key reason. This paper mainly uses the literature data method and the mathematical statistics method and introduces the principle of special limitation as the basic principle of directional sports physical training. Combining with the characteristics of the complicated and changeable directional movement field and the varied rhythm of running, this paper puts forward the training method of improving physical fitness.
