从湖北省内采集根结线虫(Meloidogyne spp.)为害的植物根和根围土壤64份样品,包括粮食、蔬菜、果树和观赏植物32种。分别用水洋菜平板、凹玻片和离心的方法分离线虫卵的寄生真菌,获得有一定寄生能力的菌株6个。筛选出各种性能较好、寄生力较强的菌株2个,代号分别为36-1和36-2。室內水洋菜平板法和凹睩ú舛ń峁砻?两菌株对线虫卵的校正寄生率为78.04%和70.02%,在测定观察过程
Sixty-four samples of roots and rhizosphere soils contaminated with Meloidogyne spp., Including 32 species of food, vegetables, fruit trees and ornamental plants, were collected from Hubei province.
