CD_4(T_4)表达于T细胞亚群,此分子参与Ⅱ类MHC识别,也是HIV包膜糖蛋白(gp120)的受体,为病毒进入宿主细胞并导致膜融合所必须的结构,亦与病毒在各细胞间传播和细胞病变效应(CPE)有关。用重组DNA技术制备并感染Spodoptera frugiperda(SF9)细胞,此细胞分泌的产物经SDS—PAGE后用Coomassie蓝染色,显示50K74exl和51KT4ex2的两种蛋白质,分别测定氨基酸序列,发现这两种蛋白质的氨基酸序列相同于由CD_4cDNA推算的氨基酸序列。
