随着工会经费委托地税代收工作的不断深入开展,各级工会的经济实力不断得到加强。特别是对于以往征收工作开展难度比较大的县一级工会,明显得益于这项工作。但县级工会财会人员少,力量薄弱,经过调研,我们感到这种情况已经制约当前县级工会财务管理工作,明显跟不上经费增长和管理的需要。一、当前存在问题1.认识不到位。有部分县级工会忽视了财务工作在工会全局工作中的作用,导致了财务管理和内部控制薄弱,有的县级工会对预算管理的重要性缺乏认识。
With the continual deepening of commission collection and collection of taxes by union funds, the economic strength of trade unions at all levels has been continuously strengthened. In particular, it has obviously benefited from this work for the county-level trade unions that have hardened their previous collection work. However, there are a small number of county-level trade union financial personnel, and their strength is weak. After investigation, we feel that this situation has restricted the current financial management work at the county-level trade unions and obviously can not keep up with the need for fund growth and management. First, the current problems 1. do not know the place. Some county-level unions neglected the role of financial work in the overall work of trade unions, resulting in weak financial management and internal control. Some county-level unions lacked an understanding of the importance of budget management.
