采用临时吊杆法对某系杆拱桥进行吊杆更换,以此简要介绍此类桥梁的吊杆更换施工工艺。实践中结合实际情况及技术人员的创新,调整临时吊杆的设置方式,同时将振弦式锚索计永久性置于吊杆系统内,不仅便于索力调整,且为以后的桥梁养护提供了直观的吊杆内力数据。同步第三方监控表明,更换吊杆施工索力控制精确,两次索力转换过渡平缓,桥梁结构内力及高程变化均在设计范围内。
Adopting the temporary boom method to replace the suspension rod of a tied arch bridge, this paper briefly introduces the construction technology of the suspension rod replacement of such bridges. In practice, combining with the actual situation and the innovation of technicians, the setting method of temporary boom is adjusted, and the vibrating wire anchor meter is permanently placed in the boom system, which not only facilitates the adjustment of cable force but also provides the bridge maintenance in the future Intuitive boom internal force data. Synchronization of third-party monitoring shows that the replacement of boom construction cable control accuracy, the two transition transition smooth cable force, bridge structure, internal forces and elevation changes are in the design range.
