采用2kWCO2激光器,在无贵重气体保护激光熔池的条件下,开展了Al-Si合金表面激光熔覆Al青铜合金的研究。探讨了激光工艺参数对熔覆层宏观质量影响的基本规律,获得了完整的工艺操作图;研究了扫描速度对熔覆层宏观形貌和显微硬度的影响;分析了自重式送粉条件下铝合金激光熔覆的作用过程和工艺操作图的成因
The laser cladding of Al bronze alloy on Al-Si alloy surface was carried out with 2kWCO2 laser under the condition of noble gas-free laser cladding. The basic law of the influence of laser process parameters on the macroscopical quality of the cladding layer was discussed and a complete process operation chart was obtained. The influence of scanning speed on the macroscopic morphology and microhardness of the cladding layer was studied. Aluminum Alloy Laser Cladding process and the operation of the process diagram of the cause
