近几年来,我国企业数量越来越多,这表明我国经济发展有了很大的进步。这些企业,尤其是中小企业的发展为我国经济实力的壮大做出了不可磨灭的贡献。然而,我国中小企业在发展过程中也一直面临着困境。由于我国的制度、国情、企业特点等因素,导致中小企业融资困难,资金成了中小企业发展的瓶颈。基于这一状况,解决中小企业融资问题的融资担保机构应运而生,为中小企业解决融资问题提供了很大的帮助,也逐渐成为中小企业融资的一个重要途径。但是由于制度不完善、监管不严格,导致我国融资担保机构存在着一些问题。我国一方面要利用融资担保机构的巨大作用,另一方面也要克服此类融资担保机构在担保融资时出现的一些弊端。
In recent years, more and more enterprises in our country have shown that there has been a great improvement in the economic development in our country. The development of these enterprises, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, has made an indelible contribution to the growth of China’s economic strength. However, SMEs in our country have also been facing difficulties in the development process. Due to China’s system, national conditions, business characteristics and other factors, leading to SME financing difficulties, capital has become the bottleneck in the development of SMEs. Based on this situation, the financing guarantee agency that solves the financing problem of SMEs came into being, which has provided great help to the SMEs in solving the financing problem and has also gradually become an important way for the financing of SMEs. However, due to the imperfect system and the non-strict supervision, some problems exist in the financing guarantee institutions in our country. On the one hand, our country should make full use of the tremendous role of financing guarantee agencies and on the other hand, we must overcome some of the drawbacks that such financing guarantee agencies face when securing financing.
