[目的]探讨社区早期干预对宫颈癌前病变及宫颈癌的预防及治疗效果及早期社区干预对降低宫颈癌前病变及宫颈癌发生的实践可行性。[方法]对2004年4月～2008年11月本院182例宫颈病变病人进行早期社区干预。[结果]宫颈癌前病变的发生率为4.42%,社区干预4年后宫颈癌前病变的发生率为2.43%。观察组社区干预后宫颈癌前病变的发生率明显低于对照组。19～35岁年龄组的宫颈癌前病变的发生率为2.6%,35～50岁年龄组宫颈癌前病变的发生率为2.7%,50岁以上年龄组宫颈癌前病变的发生率为0.5%。[结论]宫颈癌前病变及宫颈癌的早期社区干预在早期发现宫颈癌前病变,给与干预治疗,避免或延缓宫颈癌前病变的发生、发展,防止宫颈癌的发生具有重要意义。
[Objective] To investigate the prevention and treatment effect of early community intervention on cervical precancerous lesions and cervical cancer and the feasibility of early community intervention on reducing the incidence of cervical precancerous lesions and cervical cancer. [Methods] From April 2004 to November 2008, 182 patients with cervical lesions in our hospital were involved in early community intervention. [Results] The incidence of cervical precancerous lesions was 4.42%, and the incidence of cervical precancerous lesions after 4 years of community intervention was 2.43%. The incidence of cervical precancerous lesions in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group after community intervention. The incidence of cervical precancerous lesions in the age group of 19-35 years old was 2.6%, the incidence of cervical precancerous lesions in the age group of 35-50 years old was 2.7%, and the incidence of cervical precancerous lesions in the group of over 50 years old was 0.5% . [Conclusion] Early cervical precancerous lesions and cervical cancer early detection of cervical precancerous lesions in patients with early, to give intervention and treatment to prevent or delay the occurrence of cervical precancerous lesions, development, prevention of cervical cancer is of great significance.
