文章介绍了机载氧气浓缩器性能测试系统及其校准装置设计原理,分析了测试系统及校准装置的结构及技术方案,重点研究综合数据采集及多参数控制系统的实现途径。性能测试系统可模拟飞机实际飞行状态中的各种试验参数,实现氧气浓缩器的综合性能测试。校准装置可实现性能测试系统的实验参数在线校准,保证性能测试参数准确可靠。
The article introduces the design principle of the airborne oxygen concentrator performance test system and its calibration device, analyzes the structure and technical scheme of the test system and calibration device, and focuses on the realization of integrated data acquisition and multi-parameter control system. Performance test system can simulate the actual state of the aircraft in a variety of test parameters, to achieve a comprehensive performance test oxygen concentrator. The calibration device can realize the on-line calibration of the experimental parameters of the performance testing system to ensure the accurate and reliable performance testing parameters.
