二甲胺四环素(Minocycline,MINO)为四环素族抗生素中抗菌活性最强的一种,抗菌谱广,口服吸收良好。本研究用MINO治疗100例轻中度消化道、泌尿道、呼吸道感染及其他感染,其中50例与强力霉素(Doxycycline,DOXY)随机对照。剂量均为100mg,1天2次,首剂加倍。结果示随机对照组MINO和DOXY有效率分别为96.7%和68%(p<0.05),有显著差异。细菌阴转率分别为90.9%和76.9%(p>0.05)。MINO治疗开放组感染50例,有效率为98%,细菌阴转率为87.2%。MINO组总副反应率为25%,主要表现为头昏和恶心,未见肝肾功能损害。体外抗菌活性显示MINO对金葡球菌有较强的抗菌活性,MIC90为2mg/L,但对革兰氏阴性杆菌抗菌活性较差。
Minocycline (Minocycline, MINO) tetracycline antibiotics in the antibacterial activity of the strongest, broad antibacterial spectrum, good oral absorption. In this study, 100 cases of mild to moderate digestive tract, urinary tract, respiratory tract infection and other infections were treated with MINO, of which 50 were randomized to doxycycline (DOXY). MINO group total adverse reaction rate was 25%, mainly manifested as dizziness and nausea, no liver and kidney dysfunction. In vitro antibacterial activity showed that MINO had strong antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus, MIC90 was 2mg / L, but antibacterial activity against Gram-negative bacilli was poor.
