山东省邹平县为解决水源不足问题,充分发挥引黄灌区的作用,大搞向南部山区和东部井灌区等远、高、难地片调水补源工程。但由于送水距离远,地下水位深,兴建的调水工程大都沟深口宽,弃土量大,占用耕地较多。为此,他们在抓好水利建设的同时,注重采取有效措施,开辟多条途径,减少水利工程占地,并已收到显著效果。其办法:
