就施工企业而言,工程项目业务量大,数量多,工程内容包罗万象,且施工地点远近不同,有省内的、也有省外的。工期纵横交错,资金来源渠道多元化,资金出入频繁。因此,加强财务管理,强化企业各项目的财务控制,是每一位财务管理人员的神圣职责。本文作者在探析了财务管理的发展历程之后,围绕加强施工企业财务管理制度建设;加强施工企业的债务管理;进行前瞻性的资金管理这三个问题阐述了自己在财务管理工作中改革创新的思路,愿与业内同行共勉。
