针对埋入式进气道总压恢复系统数低、畸变大的特点 ,提出了利用扰流器对埋入式进气道进行流场控制的方案。通过吹风实验 ,分析了扰流器的轴向位置、长度、高度、安装角、数目等对埋入式进气道性能的影响。研究结果表明 ,提出的流场控制方案可以大幅度提高进气道总压恢复和降低流场畸变 ,总压恢复σ可提高 3.5%以上 ,流场畸变指数 Δσ可降低 5.4 2 %以上 ,使埋入式进气道的性能达到可应用的水平 ,为埋入式进气道流场控制提供理论和设计依据。
In view of the characteristics of low total pressure recovery system and large distortion of buried inlet, a scheme of flow field control of buried inlet is proposed. Through blowing experiments, the influence of the axial position, length, height, installation angle and number of turbulators on the performance of buried inlet was analyzed. The results show that the proposed flow control scheme can greatly improve the total pressure recovery and reduce the flow field distortion. The total pressure recovery σ can be increased by more than 3.5% and the flow field distortion index Δσ can be reduced by 5.42% Inlet inlet performance reached the level of application for the embedded inlet flow field control theory and design basis.
