Since taking office, the United States President Barack Obama has been calling for his medical reform and the report on the medical reform has never left the major media outlets in the United States. Recently, the hot debate on medical reform intensified. As the election approached, it became the battleground for the two parties in the fight for democracy and for the Republic. It has almost become the most important political issue in the United States. On June 28, the Supreme Court of the United States ruled that most of the health care reform bill signed by President Obama two years ago was in line with the constitution. The most controversial “compulsory health insurance” clause was retained. Public opinion generally believes that this ruling made by the High Court in the election year is not only for Obama
