目的 :改善部队生活环境质量 ,促进官兵卫生行为养成 ,提高官兵健康水平 ,为增强部队凝聚力和战斗力服务。方法 :依据《“九五”期间全军除害灭病规划实施办法及考评细则》 ,采取了以下几点措施 :( 1)领导重视 ,确立“创建”工作重点 ;( 2 )部门协同 ,形成“创建”工作合力 ;( 3)发动群众 ,营造“创建”活动氛围 ;( 4 )推广经验 ,保证“创建”工作质量 ;( 5)重点建设 ,提高“创建”工作水平 ;( 6)加强管理 ,保持“创建”工作发展。结果 :部队生活环境质量大幅度提高 ,官兵文明卫生行为进一步养成。三年来 ,军区共有 37个建制团以上单位达到了全军甲级卫生单位标准 ,有 87个建制团以上单位达到了“军区级卫生单位”标准。未发生大的流行病、传染病和食物中毒等事故 ,保证了部队各项任务的顺利完成。结论 :从实践中总结出来的经验 ,在创建等级卫生单位活动中取得了较好的成绩 ,并有借鉴作用 Objectives: To improve the living environment and quality of troops, promote the development of health behaviors among officers and men, improve the health of officers and men, and serve for enhancing the cohesion and combat effectiveness of the troops.
