许多学校开设网球课以来,网球选修班的学生逐年增多,学生对网球运动的兴趣目渐浓厚,但是学生网球技术的水平差异很大。本文以新乡医学院2007级1班和2班学生进行了实验对照法,对网球教师调查与访谈。经试验结果与调查研究,提出了针对大学生参加网球运动,认知训练方法有利于加深学生对动作技术的理解和记忆,有利于加快学生技术动作的正确掌握。为高校网球课的教学效果和教学质量提供有价值的参考。
Since tennis classes have been held in many schools, students in tennis electives have been increasing year by year. Students’ interest in tennis has gradually increased. However, the level of student tennis varies greatly. In this paper, 2007 Xinxiang Medical College Class 1 and 2 students conducted an experimental control method, tennis teacher survey and interview. According to the experimental results and investigation, it is put forward that the method of college students participating in tennis and cognition training is beneficial to deepen students ’comprehension and memorization of motor skills, which is good for speeding up students’ correct mastery of technical movements. It provides a valuable reference for the teaching effect and teaching quality of tennis lessons in colleges and universities.
