目的:为提高流动人口接受妇幼保健服务的主动性,改善流动人口对基本妇幼保健服务可及性、公平性提供参考依据。方法:通过归纳演绎法对49位卫生行政部门、妇幼保健机构等医疗卫生机构的管理者、妇幼保健服务提供者以及个别流动人口家庭进行专家咨询、专题小组讨论、流动人口访谈等形式获取相关信息。结果:流动人口妇幼保健服务已纳入本地管理,但流动人口享受妇幼保健服务受经济特征、流动轨迹和社会约束等诸多影响,流动人口妇幼保健服务提供、需求和利用均与户籍人口存在显著差异。结论:争取政策扶持,优化资源配置,探索资源共享平台,满足流动人口妇幼保健服务的需求,保障流动人口妇幼保健服务质量和效能。
Objectives: To provide reference for migrants to improve their access to maternal and child health services and to improve the accessibility and fairness of migrant workers to migrant workers. Methods: By means of inductive deduction, 49 health administrative departments, maternal and child health institutions and other medical and health institutions managers, maternal and child health care providers and individual migrant families were provided expert advice, panel discussions, interviews with floating population and other forms to obtain relevant information . Results: Maternal and child health services for migrants have been incorporated into local management. However, migrant and maternal health services are affected by economic characteristics, mobile trajectories and social constraints. The provision, demand and utilization of maternal and child health services for migrant workers are significantly different from those of household registration population. Conclusion: To win the support of policies, optimize the allocation of resources, explore the resource sharing platform to meet the needs of migrant and maternal and child health services, and ensure the quality and effectiveness of maternal and child health services for migrants.
