在952例呼吸系统疾病门诊病人中,平均每人次门诊费用与药费分别为18.33元和14.14元,平均每人次用药种数为2.48种,较本次总调查2533人的门诊病人的平均水平低,高于全国1993年农村平均水平及贫困县平均水平,与国外有关报导相比处于中偏高位置。医疗保健制度对门诊费用与用药均有影响,劳保组最高,公费组在控制费用方面已初见成效,医疗机构级别对同一疾病的门诊费用影响大,县医院最高,村卫生室最低。
