随着国家加快发展现代职业教育的部署和教育部“卓越计划”的实施,实践能力在应用型人才培养中越来越显示其举足轻重的作用,这给高校的教学工作带来了新的挑战。本文以上海应用技术大学材料专业《粉体工程学》教学为例,采用理实一体化教学模式取代传统的教学模式来培养学生,通过打破传统的理论与实践教学的界限,将理论和实践教学有机地融为一体,有效地促进了教学质量提升和学生实践能力培养,以期为我国教学改革提供一定的参考。
As the state accelerates the deployment of modern vocational education and the implementation of the Ministry of Education “Outstanding Project ”, practical ability has increasingly shown its pivotal role in the cultivation of applied talents, which brings new challenges to the teaching of colleges and universities . Taking the teaching of powder engineering in Shanghai University of Applied Sciences as an example, this paper replaces the traditional teaching mode to train the students with the mode of integrated reality teaching. By breaking the boundaries of traditional theory and practice teaching, Organic integration, effectively promote the improvement of teaching quality and students practice ability training, with a view to providing some reference for the teaching reform in our country.
