本文叙述了为我国正迅速发展起来的带有加热装置的“炉外精炼”设备及高功率电弧炉而首次研制的高功率石墨电极,以及从日本进口的SDK型高功率石墨电极,在从瑞典引进的ASEA—SKF100吨钢包精炼炉上的使用效果;理化指标及对比性试验的情况。 应用及试验结果表明:以进口日本针状焦为原料研制的SDGB型、SDG型及用“国产油焦”研制的高功率石墨电极的理化性能和使用效果为好。在通过的电流密度为21.2~28.7A/cm~2长时间送电的情况下,经受了严峻的考验,特别是使用性能和电极消耗等均与日本SDK型高功率石墨电极相似或接近。能够满足钢包精炼炉对电极质量的要求。国产高功率电极的研制及其进行的试验对迅速改变依靠进口电极的被动局面提供了一定技术依据。填补了我国炭素工业上的一项空白,对“炉外精炼”设备和高(或超高)功率电弧炉的发展将起到积极作用。
This article describes the high-power graphite electrode developed for the first time for our country’s “Furnace Refining” equipment with a heating device and high-power electric arc furnace, and the SDK-type high-power graphite electrode imported from Japan.
