目的:了解颅内压增高后肺表面活性物质(PS)改变,探讨PS变化在呼吸功能不全中的作用。方法:采用硬膜外囊注入生理盐水升高犬颅内压至8kPa(1kPa=7.5mmHg),测量血气和支气管肺灌洗液(BALF)物理特性。结果:动脉血氧分压及BALF最大表面张力(rmax)显著降低,最小表面张力(rmin)显著增加,滞环面积(HA)缩小,白蛋白增加,肺含水量增加。结论:颅内压增高后肺表面活性物质减少,PS测定有助于颅内压增高后呼吸功能损害的早期判断。
Objective: To understand the changes of pulmonary surfactant (PS) after the increase of intracranial pressure and to explore the role of PS changes in respiratory insufficiency. Methods: The intracranial pressure of dogs was increased to 8kPa (1kPa = 7.5mmHg) by injection of saline into the epidural space, and the physical properties of blood gas and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) were measured. Results: The arterial partial pressure of oxygen and maximum surface tension (rmax) of BALF were significantly decreased, the minimum surface tension (rmin) was significantly increased, the hysterectomized area (HA) was reduced, albumin was increased and lung water content was increased. CONCLUSIONS: After the intracranial pressure is increased, the pulmonary surfactant is decreased. The PS determination is helpful for the early judgment of respiratory dysfunction after the increase of intracranial pressure.
