目的:研究野八角果实的化学成分及生物活性。方法:应用硅胶、反相及半制备HPLC色谱法对野八角果实的乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,并用MTT法对所分离化合物进行细胞毒活性测试。结果:分离鉴定了8个化合物,包括1个新的苯丙素糖苷2,4-dihydroxy-allylbenzene-2-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(1)和7个已知的倍半萜内酯oligandruminB(2),oligandruminD(3),anisatin(4),veranisatinD(5),pseudomajucin(6),1α-hydroxy-3-deoxy-pseudoanisatin(7),8α-hydroxy-10-deoxycyclomerri-llianolide(8)。结论:化合物1,2,3,58为首次从野八角果实中分离得到,所有化合物对非小细胞肺癌A549细胞株均无细胞毒活性。
Objective: To study the chemical composition and biological activity of wild star aniseed fruit. Methods: The ethanol extracts of wild star aniseed fruits were isolated and purified by silica gel, reverse phase and semi-preparative HPLC. The cytotoxicity of the isolated compounds was tested by MTT assay. Results: Eight compounds were isolated and identified, including one new 2,4-dihydroxy-allylbenzene-2-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (1) and seven known sesquiterpene lactone oligandruminB (2), oligandruminD (3), anisatin (4), veranisatinD (5), pseudomajucin (6), 1α-hydroxy-3-deoxy-pseudoanisatin (7) and 8α-hydroxy-10-deoxycyclomer- llianolide (8). CONCLUSION: Compounds 1, 2, 3, and 58 were isolated from wild Aitabahania for the first time and all of them showed no cytotoxic activity against non-small cell lung cancer A549 cells.
