随着改革开放的速度加快,我国中小企业数目不断增多,产业范围不断扩大,促进我国的国民经济增长。由于中小企业本身的性质和特点决定了其在信息化水平、融资管理、企业组织体制等方面的问题,与国有企业发展趋势差距较大。本文分析中小企业政府政策扶持现状以及存在的问题,结合国内市场环境,提出我国中小企业政府扶持体系的系统构建设想。
With the acceleration of reform and opening up, the number of SMEs in our country has been constantly increasing, the scope of industries has been constantly expanded, and the growth of our national economy has been promoted. Due to the nature and characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises, they have decided their problems in the level of informationization, financing management and the organizational structure of enterprises, and they have a big gap with the development trend of state-owned enterprises. This article analyzes the status quo and existing problems of SMEs government policy support, combined with the domestic market environment, put forward the system construction of SME government support system.
