目的 观察银杏叶提取物 (extractofGinkgobiloba ,EGB)对老年大鼠ATP酶活性的影响。方法 老年大鼠随机分为 3组 ,分别腹腔注射生理盐水 (NS) 10ml·kg-1、EGB 75mg·kg-1、EGB 15 0mg·kg-1,30min后断头取脑 ,检测大鼠不同脑组织ATP酶的活性。结果 给予EGB后老年大鼠的皮层和海马Na+ -K+ -ATP酶及Ca2 + -ATP酶的活性均较老年对照组高 ,其中 ,EGB高剂量组与老年对照组相比有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 5 )。结论EGB能保护脑组织ATP酶的活性 ,产生抗衰老作用
Objective To observe the effect of extract of Ginkgobiloba (EGB) on ATPase activity in aged rats. Methods Aged rats were randomly divided into 3 groups. The rats were intraperitoneally injected with normal saline (NS) 10 ml·kg-1, EGB 75 mg·kg-1, and EGB 150 mg·kg-1. After 30 minutes, the brains were decapitated and examined. Brain tissue ATPase activity. Results The activity of Na + -K + -ATPase and Ca2 +-ATPase in cortex and hippocampus of the aged rats after EGB administration was higher than that of the old control group. Among them, there was significant difference between the high dose group of EGB and the old control group (P < 0 .0 1 or P <0 .0 5 ). Conclusion EGB can protect ATPase activity in brain tissue and produce anti-aging effect.
