胡萝卜含有多种类胡萝卜素,营养价值很高,是一种健康功能型蔬菜。另外,胡萝卜适应能力强,易栽培,产量高,效益好,且便于储藏和运输,深受人们喜爱。基于此,主要就整地、选种、播种、管理及储藏等方面介绍胡萝卜高产栽培技术。1胡萝卜对环境条件的要求1.1温度要求胡萝卜喜冷凉气候,属半耐寒性植物,相比萝卜耐旱能力更强。胡萝卜种子在5℃环境下即可萌动发芽,最适宜的发芽温度为20℃
