本文在分析了货车现行检修制度存在的问题后,认为笼统的按车种来确定检修周期很不合理,即使更细一些按车型来确定亦不甚妥。因此,作者提出了新的检修周期应按车种车型的技术质量状态来确定。现有货车的技术质量状态可以划分为四种类别,根据不同类别确定不同的厂段修期限,提出将现有货车检修的5—1 制(厂修5年、段修1年),逐步向8—2制(厂修8年、段修2年)稳妥地过渡,以适应铁路运能不断提高的形势。
After analyzing the problems existing in the current maintenance system of the truck, this paper thinks that it is unreasonable to determine the maintenance cycle in general according to the vehicle type, even if the finer details are determined according to the model. Therefore, the author proposes that the new maintenance cycle should be determined according to the technical quality status of the vehicle model. The technical quality status of existing trucks can be divided into four categories according to different categories to determine the different plant repair period, proposed to repair the existing 5-1 system (factory repair 5 years, 1 year repair section), and gradually to 8-2 system (factory repair 8 years, paragraph repair 2 years) to make a proper transition to meet the continuous improvement of the railway transport situation.
