思想政治工作在推动改革的同时,自身也在不断变革。这种变革是与社会主义市场经济的发展和现代企业制度的建立相伴而行的。变革中的思想政治工作要加强对社会、对市场、对文化、对管理以及对自身的研究,以期建立一整套与现代企业制度相匹配的思想政治工作机制。 几年来的实践告诉我们,思想政治工作推动改革的过程,同时也是思想政治工作适应改革的过程。对思想政治工作优良传统最好的继承发扬,就是按照时代的要求,不断增加思想政治工作新的因素和活力,推进思想政治工作现代化的进程。几年来,我们既有“老方法行不通,新方法又缺少”的痛苦,也有经过探索取得成功的欣喜。这种心理历程并没有结束,随着改革的深入,还会继续为我们这一代思想政治工作者所体验。我们认为,发展社会主义市场经济和建立现代企业制度条件下的企业思想政治工作要通过加强“五个研究”来为自己拓宽道路。 At the same time of promoting the reform, the ideological and political work itself is constantly changing. This change is accompanied by the development of the socialist market economy and the establishment of a modern enterprise system. The ideological and political work in reform should strengthen the study of society, the market, culture, management and itself in order to establish a set of ideological and political work mechanisms that match the modern enterprise system. Practice over the past few years tells us that the process of ideological and political work to promote reform is also the process of adapting ideological and political work to the reform. The best inheritance and development for the fine tradition of ideological and political work is to continuously increase the new elements and vigor of ideological and political work and advance the process of the modernization of ideological and political work in accordance with the requirements of the times. Over the past few years, we have both the pain of “the old method does not work, the new method is lacking”, and the joy of success after exploration. This psychological journey is not over. As the reform progresses, it will continue to be experienced by our generation of ideological and political workers. In our opinion, ideological and political work in enterprises under the conditions of developing a socialist market economy and establishing a modern enterprise system should broaden the road for themselves through strengthening the “Five Studies”.
