所谓自主学习,就是学习者管理自己学习的能力,其中包括确立学习目标、自我监控和自我评价的能力。概括地说,就是想学、能学、会学、善学、坚持学。笔者认为教师在培养中学生自主学习能力时,应注意以下几点:1联系实际,激发自主学生的学习兴趣及内在的学习动力是获取成功的前提,学习动机是直接推动学生学习活动的内部动力。培养学生学习动机是英语教师的首要任务。
