目的了解不同年级医学生结核病知识掌握现状,为制定针对性的教育计划提供依据。方法采用整群抽样法,随机抽取某医学院校各年级医学生进行问卷调查。结果医学生(n=800)对结核病基本知识知晓率较高,但不同年级医学生间对结核病知识知晓率差异性大,大三、大四学生结核病知识掌握情况明显优于大一、大二学生(P<0.05)。医学生对结核病相关国家政策总体上知晓率不高,低年级与高年级间比较存在差异性(P<0.05),1/2以上学生对结核病的认知态度是对的,但情况不容乐观。结论医学院校学生结核病防治知识知晓率高,但对相关国家政策及认知态度有待加强。
Objective To understand the status quo of tuberculosis knowledge among medical students in different grades and to provide basis for making targeted education plan. Methods A cluster sampling method was used to randomly select medical students from all medical schools for questionnaire survey. Results Medical students (n = 800) had a higher awareness of the basic knowledge of tuberculosis, but there was a big difference in knowledge about tuberculosis among medical students at different grades. The knowledge of tuberculosis among juniors and seniors was significantly better than those of freshmen and sophomores Student (P <0.05). The overall awareness rate of medical students on tuberculosis-related national policies was not high, there was a significant difference between lower grades and senior grades (P <0.05), and more than one-half of students were right to know TB, but the situation was not optimistic. Conclusions There is a high awareness rate of TB prevention and treatment knowledge among medical students in colleges and universities, but the relevant national policies and cognitive attitudes need to be strengthened.
