目的分析在生化检验中进行血液标本处理的价值。方法随机抽取2016年2月至2017年2月本院采集的120例血液标本进行研究,分为X组(n=40)、Y组(n=40)和M组(n=40)。X组在血液标本采集的30分钟内进行离心以及生化指标检测处理;Y组在采集血液标本30分钟之后进行离心处理,放置4℃的环境下保存,24小时之后检测生活指标;M组在采集到血液标本之后直接直接放置4℃的环境下保存,24小时之后在进行离心以及生活指标的检测。分析三种不同处理方式的检测结果(TBIL、ALB、DBIL、ALP、Zn、AST、CK-MB、LDH)。结果 X组的检测结果与参考值无明显差异(P>0.05);Y组以及M组的检测结果与参考值存在一定的差异(P<0.05)。结论血液标本的处理方式会对生化检测结果产生一定的影响,所以在采集到血液标本之后,要尽快对血液进行离心以及冷藏处理,避免检测结果出现偏差。
Objective To analyze the value of blood sample processing in biochemical tests. Methods A total of 120 blood samples collected from February 2016 to February 2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into group X (n = 40), group Y (n = 40) and group M (n = 40). Group X was centrifuged and biochemical detection was performed within 30 minutes after blood samples were collected. The test results of Y group and M group were different from the reference values (P <0.05). Conclusion The treatment of blood samples will have a certain impact on the biochemical test results. Therefore, after the blood samples are collected, the blood should be centrifuged and refrigerated as soon as possible to avoid deviation of test results.
